Heavy Vehicle Wheel Wash Systems

JPG Engineering has successfully designed and constructed heavy vehicle wheel wash systems complete with recycled water treatment systems for wash applications of up to 100 wash cycles per hour.

System designs and the associated recycled water treatment systems are suitable for both organic and inorganic contaminating materials.

Wash systems are comprehensibly engineered and tailor built to suit each unique wash application.

This is achieved by characterising the vehicles to be washed and the material to be removed allowing the correct design and selection of:

  • Spray header placement and sizing
  • Spray nozzle positioning, size and type
  • Washbay spray water flowrates, pressures, spray water distribution and control
  • Process equipment - pumps, valving, pipe sizes, etc.
  • Drainage and solids collection equipment
  • Effluent reticulation and recycled water treatment systems
  • Automation and Electrical Control Systems
